Denise Fucito, President of Real Answers Inc., has played the role of secretary, student, public relations professional, business teacher, career counselor, school director, and entrepreneur. She has a Master’s degree in Education from Dowling College, a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology, and a certificate in Human Resource Management Professional from St. Joseph’s College.

Denise enjoyed a teaching career with the Katharine Gibbs School in Melville, NY instructing students in a wide variety of business courses. This led to the development of her company, Real Answers, in 1997 which has provided motivational training, executive coaching, and keynote presentation services for over 100 worldwide organizations and non-profit associations in various industries. The company was incorporated in 2005.

As a training advisor for CAEL (the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning) on the JP Morgan Chase Career Services project, Denise assisted downsized employees with skill assessment and training options and she facilitated numerous career development workshops and support groups. She continues to provide career consulting services with Mullin International, an outplacement services firm, and is successfully helping candidates transition into new employment.

As Campus Director for Ridley-Lowell Business & Technical Institute, Denise effectively built a team that achieved increased enrollment, retention, and placement rates. She launched several new programs, improved curriculum, developed numerous retention and soft skills programs, and organized job fairs, all which led to the successful launching of new careers for graduates in healthcare, massage therapy, cosmetology, electrical, HVAC, information technology, and business industries.

Denise strongly believes learning can be fun, and it is this notion that has guided her in pursuit of developing business seminars, education programs, and keynote presentations that help individuals reach their full potential.
