Denise Fucito, President of
Real Answers, has played the role of secretary, student,
public relations professional, business teacher, career
counselor, and entrepreneur, as well as the mother of
three children.
While working as a legal secretary, Denise obtained a
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management in the evenings
at New York Institute of Technology. She successfully
pursued a career in public relations, and after taking
some time off to raise a family, she earned her Master’s
Degree in Education from Dowling College in 1991. Denise
recently completed the Professional in Human Resource
Management Certificate Program at St. Joseph's College
in Patchogue, NY.
Denise enjoyed a teaching career with the Katharine
Gibbs School in Melville, instructing students in a wide
variety of business courses. This led to the development
of her company, Real Answers, in 1997 which has provided
motivational training and keynote presentations for over
30 worldwide companies in the education, legal,
advertising, technology, and financial industries. She
has facilitated seminars for Credit Suisse First Boston,
BBDO Advertising, the National Basketball Association,
Colgate Palmolive, Marymount College, and the New York
Stock Exchange to name a few.
As an
education advisor for CAEL (the Council for Adult and
Experiential Learning) on the JP Morgan Chase Career
Services project, Denise is responsible for outplacement counseling
and retraining for downsized employees. She is a member
of the Long Island Mentoring Partnership, the Hauppauge Industrial Association,
and the LI Chapter of the American Society of Training
and Development, serving as Vice President/Publicity
Chairperson. In addition, Denise is an adjunct
instructor for continuing education at LIU CW Post in
Brookville, NY.
Denise strongly believes learning can be fun, and it is
this notion that has guided her in pursuit of developing
seminars and keynotes that help individuals reach their
full potential.
